Privacy Policy
We keep data practices simple. We collect what we need to deliver your tasks, never sell your data, and never use your code to train models. You own everything we build. Full details at /privacy.
Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions, cancel anytime. First task is guaranteed free if not shipped in 7 business days. Clear non-delivery refunds processed within 5 business days. Full policy at /refund-policy.
Intellectual property
All code, prompts, eval fixtures, and documentation we produce are yours from the moment the PR opens. Boundev retains no license and imposes no platform lock-in.
Confidentiality
We sign a mutual NDA before scoping any task. Your repositories, data, architecture, and roadmap are treated as strictly confidential. NDAs available on request.
Compliance
For regulated workloads we ship inside your compliance boundary. SOC 2 controls, HIPAA BAAs, and VPC-isolated delivery available on request. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
